Church Clubs and Organizations
There are a number of clubs and organizations that our parishioners can join. To get involved, check our events calendar or contact us with any questions you may have.
Board of Trustees
The Board of Trustees meets regularly to discuss all issues and responsibilities of the church. Each member of the board must be elected through a ballot-style election that takes place every year.
Clergy
Our clergy includes the Very Reverend Father John Khoury and numerous deacons, as well as our Archbishop His Eminence Metropolitan Mor Cyril Aphrem Karim and our Patriarch His Holiness Moran Mor Ignatius Zakka I.
Suryani American Association
The Suryani American Association (S.A.A.) was established in September 1980 with the blessing of our late archbishop His Eminence Mor Athanasius Yeshue Samuel and Very Reverend Father John Khoury. Our goal is to bring our parishioners together, as well as serve our church socially and financially.
Ladies Aid Society
The Ladies Aid Society is made up of women parishioners who get together to discuss important topics for the women in our community. The society organizes and hosts parties, fundraisers and other church activities.
Youth Organization
Our Youth Organization includes young parishioners of 18 years or older. They organize parties and gatherings, and participate in many sporting activities. All the members create a strong bond with each other, as well as the community.
Junior Youth
The Junior Youth Organization is for all parishioners under age 18 who still want to partake in parties and events. Many members of the Junior Youth eventually join the Youth Organization when they get older.
Sunday School
Sunday School takes place every Sunday during mass. It's a time for our youngest church members to learn about Jesus and the Word of God. Children are put into classes based on grade level.
Bible Study
Our Bible Study group meets every Tuesday and Thursday to discuss and reflect on the Word of the our Lord.
